We provide high quality, efficient and reliable support and help for your website to ensure its ongoing success, performance, security and good maintenance. The Helix Websites Support team are contactable via our online Support Ticket system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our website support service is available as a follow-on service once the website project has completed and can be moved into a maintenance and development phase.
There are 2 main options:
Adhoc basis – which means that any website support is timed and charged by the hour at the following rates:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm £60 per hour (minimum charge 30 mins applies)
- Monday to Friday 6pm to 8 am £90 per hour (Weekends and Bank Holidays) (minimum charge 1 hour applies)
Ongoing support arrangement – annual fee of £150 which includes 3 hours of support and thereafter any time used is recorded and charged at the following rates:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm £45 per hour
- Monday to Friday 6pm to 8 am £67.50 per hour (Weekends and Bank Holidays)
All prices shown are subject to VAT @ 20% and to Helix Websites Standard Terms & Conditions
The Helix Support Ticket system allows you to submit a new support request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

This service is only currently available for websites or online shops that are hosted by Helix Websites, unless by special prior arrangement.
